An update to the window system i've been working on. Now has support for display objects! ( MovieClip, Sprite textBox ect... )

I could see someone making a mock OS with this.

( And because flash is a VM, it might just be plausible to make "Flash OS". Port AVM2 to pure X86? wouldn't that be sick!? )

Flash OS sounds kinda cool, but wouldn't it be kinda resource intensive?

Anyways, really awesome stuff you're doing!

Well, that depends. Normally, flash is a pig. But it's running on top of your entire base OS, and everything else that's running takes up more resources. But if flash were the kernel, ( Per say ) Then you have a direct connection between it and the hardware. That's the best hardware acceleration you can get.
